My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, though lacking a view which I noticed was available at other nearby hotels. The service was exceptional, especially during breakfast where they catered to all our requests. The location was superb, right in the center of Tromso with everything within walking distance. The dining experience was good, but the breakfast starting time was a bit late for active guests. Overall, a great value for the price.
